B701 2 Corinthians

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to familiarize the student with the message and theology of the book of 2 Corinthians (in the Greek text)

Assignment: To accomplish the purpose of this course the student will be required to read the book of 2 Corinthians and the comments of the professor as well as one commentary on the book. At the end of the course the student will be asked to write a 5 page paper on the meaning and theology of this letter.

Texts: The student will need to read 2 Corinthians in his or her own Bible as well as the Greek text found in the course itself. The student will also need to read the commentary on 2 Corinthians of his or her choosing.
